Curtain Making Charges
If you require us to make your soft furnishings our curtain making charges are listed below.
Delivery is approximately 4 weeks from receipt of fabric.
A deposit of 50% is required when placing your order and the balance is due upon completion.
Additional work will be charged at £25 per hour.
Curtains:
Lined with hand-sewn hems, machined sides, lead weights and including standard workroom pencil pleat tape
- Up to 65” (170cm) finished length - £37.50/width
- Up to 90” (230cm) finished length - £49/width
Lined and interlined with hand-sewn sides, hems and lead weights, to include standard workroom pencil pleat tape
- Up to 65” (170cm) finished length - £69/width
- Up to 90” (230cm) finished length - £75/width
Extras:
- Rufflette Regis tape £2.50mt
Hand Sewn Headings:
- For hand sewn triple pleats and goblet headings including pin hooks add £25/width
- For metal eyelets with buckram insert add £35/width (price includes the eyelets)
Tiebacks:
- Piped, interlined and hand sewn £49/pair
Oxford Cushions:
- Including over locking and a concealed zip £19 each
- As above but including a contrast border £25 each
Roman Blinds:
Lined, interlined and all hand sewn (no machining is visible from the front)
Please note all blinds will be supplied corded and ready to hang

- £13 (up to 60cm wide)
- £15 (up to 130cm wide)
- £17 (up to 200cm wide)
Dowelling, Aluminium bottom bar, Velcro, rings, cleat hook, cord and acorn:
- £14 up to 60cm wide
- £19 up to 130cm wide
- £24 up to 200cm wide
Essex Board Pelmets:
All hand sewn and padded with Dacron (includes Essex board, Dacron, interlining, lining and Velcro)
- Straight: £65 metre
- Shaped and trimmed £89 metre
Valances:
- Lined and to include standard pencil pleat tape - £12 per width
- To shape add £25 per valance
- To add a machined contrast trim to bottom edge add £12 per valance
